One of the key areas of expertise of CCX is developing low-carbon and environmentally friendly urban and industrial areas. As a part of the global strategy team, CCX is developing site master plans for various urban and industrial areas. The present position is seeking a Planner with CAD expertise who can support the planning team of the CCX. In addition, he/she will be supporting the sustainable rice initiative team as per the requirement.

• Support the implementation of the project on day-to-day drawing, mapping, and development of site master plans
• Data conversion from CAD to GIS and other different formats
• Prepare various maps and layouts and coordinate in preparing prints,
• Support the other teams of CCX in drawing and mappings
• Assist in developing project proposals whenever required.
• Support in developing site master plan reports for the client

The Associate Consultant will perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Team leader as and when required.

• Bachelor’s in Planning / Architecture /related studies from a reputed university/institution.
• 0-2 years of work experience/ professional exposure, learnings and knowledge in urban and industrial planning-related projects.
• Excellent Knowledge of Auto-CAD and related software
• Excellent understanding of CAD and GIS
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop
• Good Working knowledge of GIS & CAD software ARC GIS, QGIS, and Google Earth
• Ability to present and network with Government, Private sector companies, etc.
• Content development skills, drafting ability, communication and presentation skills
• Adequate behavioural competencies: time management and adaptability, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability and willingness to frequently travel to project sites.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi language; additional languages are an asset.
• Excellent learning aptitude.
• Excellent analytical skills.
