Technical Textiles: A Transformative Force

We are delighted to share that, Core CarbonX Solutions in association with the Textile Engineering division of the Institute of Engineers hosted a panel discussion on “Innovations in Natural Fibers: Pioneering Sustainable Solutions in Technical Textiles”.

The event took place on the 24th of August was a part of the seminar on “Technical Textiles: A Transformative Force” organized by The Institution of Engineers (India) Odisha State Centre, Bhubaneswar.

The event marked the presence of many dignitaries from the textile industry and Mr. Suryabanshi Suraj, Minister of Higher Education, Minister of Sports and Youth Services, Minister of Odia Language, Literature & Culture inaugurated the session.

Mr Niroj Mohanty, MD and CEO of Core CarbonX, moderated the sessions along with two expert speakers Mr. Amulya Mohanty, Director of Textile and Commodities, Core CarbonX and Mr. Binaya Bhusan Jena, Ph.D, Chairperson at Fashion Management Studies (FMS). The seminar was attended by many renowned dignitaries from the textile industry, Students, Government officials.

The importance of natural fibre was highlighted during the session and how we can come together to promote innovations in natural fibre.
