Narsimha Reddy has more than 35 years of expertise in capacity building, on-farm trials, front line demonstrations, method demonstrations, result demonstrations, extension personnel, climate change, and sustainable development. He was a senior scientist at Krishi Vigyan Kendra Gaddipally in the Suryapet District. His involvement in the National Innovations on Climate Resilient Agriculture [NICRA] Project (ICAR) for 10 years.
